Privacy and cookie policy

How hydrorem.pl uses contact form information, correspondence, cookies and browser storage.

Controller and contact

Contact form and correspondence

We process the name or company name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message you provide. Providing data is voluntary; a name or company, email and message are needed to use the form and receive a reply. Please do not send sensitive data that is unnecessary for describing the fault.

We use these details to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange repairs. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence, contact with company representatives and protection against abuse are based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Accounting obligations are based on law (Article 6(1)(c)). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Retention and recipients

Correspondence is retained while handling the enquiry or job and subsequently as needed for accounting and establishing, exercising or defending claims, in accordance with applicable statutory periods.

Access is restricted to authorised HYDROREM personnel and technical, hosting and email providers where necessary to deliver their services. The form sends enquiries to HYDROREM mailboxes. External correspondence may pass through email operators, including the Ziggo SMTP relay and the recipient’s email provider. We do not sell form data.

Technical logs and security

For operation and security, the web server logs technical request information such as IP address, time, page address and browser information. Web logs rotate daily with up to 14 archives; information needed to investigate an incident may be kept while it is addressed. The form uses a security token and sending limits with a pseudonymised IP identifier.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking scripts or external analytics tools. Essential technical storage includes:

  • hydrorem_contact — a session cookie protecting the form and supporting submission feedback.
  • hydrorem_session — a session cookie for the administration panel sign-in.
  • hydrorem_language — remembers a language you manually select for 180 days.
  • hydrorem_cookie_notice_v1 — a localStorage record made when you dismiss the cookie notice; the notice reappears after 180 days.

You can delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent form submission, sign-in or remembering your language. “Got it” dismisses the notice; it does not activate advertising or analytics.
