Which cylinders can we handle?
Our purpose-built bench is used to dismantle hydraulic cylinders, including large components and difficult threaded connections. We handle a diameter of 300 mm and a cylinder body length of up to 5 m. This length excludes the extended piston rod.
Larger diameters, longer bodies and non-standard mounting arrangements require prior agreement on preparing the bench.
Glands, nuts and piston retaining bolts
We dismantle cylinders and undo glands, nuts and piston retaining bolts. For seized connections, we select the approach according to the design and condition of the particular component.
How the service works
- We discuss body dimensions, diameter, mounting type and the required dismantling work. Photographs and documentation are helpful.
- We assess how the cylinder can be secured on the bench and prepare the component.
- We carry out the agreed dismantling and inspect the accessible parts.
- Further refurbishment, machining, seal selection or replacement-part manufacture is agreed according to condition.
Our bench, fixtures and hydraulic controls
The following photographs show our equipment with retouched surroundings and supports. Images of the large yellow cylinder, with or without dimensions, illustrate the bench's capabilities.
Hydraulic press and component repairs
Our hydraulic press complements the workshop equipment. Non-standard component work is undertaken by prior agreement, depending on the part's design and the required result.
Discuss delivery before bringing a cylinder
Our workshop is at ul. Łagiewnicka 30, Złotniki near Poznań, Poland. Send the body dimensions, diameter, approximate weight and a description of the problem before delivery.
